GOVMOB Youth (Governance and Mobility Youth Alliance) is a youth-led organization committed to empowering young people to become active participants in shaping their communities and society. We promote active citizenship, policy literacy, and meaningful engagement by equipping youth with the knowledge, skills, and platforms necessary to address pressing social issues. Through structured programs, advocacy campaigns, and partnerships, we foster collaboration and innovation among young leaders.

Committee on Secretariat

Responsible for the official documentation, record-keeping, and management of all organizational archives. They handle meeting minutes, resolutions, membership directories, and internal communications to ensure seamless administrative operations.

Committee on Finance and Budget

Oversees the financial health of the organization. This includes budget planning, tracking expenditures, managing funds, financial reporting, and spearheading fundraising initiatives to sustain official projects and programs.

Committee on Audit

Ensures accountability and transparency within the alliance. They conduct regular reviews of financial statements, inspect assets, and evaluate operational procedures to ensure strict compliance with the Constitution and By-Laws.

Committee on Public Information and Media

Manages the public image, press relations, and digital footprint of the organization. They handle social media content, website updates, graphic design, and photography to promote advocacy and engage the youth community.

Committee on Membership and Recruitment

Leads the application, screening, and orientation process for prospective members. They are also responsible for monitoring member welfare, organizing team-building activities, and facilitating leadership development pathways.

Committee on Ethics and Discipline

Upholds the moral standards and integrity of the organization. They review conflict resolution cases, investigate grievances, interpret constitutional rules, and ensure all members strictly adhere to the ethical code of conduct.

ANDRE SALAZAR

Founder, Gender Equality Advocate & Youth Leader

Hon. Andre Jean Salazar is a youth leader and a gender equality advocate. He wqs appointed as the Deputy Coordinator for the National Youth Empowerment Circle and is a member of Kabataan Partylist Muntinlupa. He has a lot of experience helping young people in his community. He founded the Governance and Mobility Youth Alliance to give the youth a safe space to share their ideas. His main goal is to help young citizens learn about leadership and make a positive difference in society today.

SMITH NAZARENO

Co-Founder, Advocate & Youth Leader

Hon. Smith Nazareno is a dedicated youth leader and an active youth advocate. He strongly believes that young people have the power to create real change. He joined this mission to co-found the Governance and Mobility Youth Alliance with the team. Through this alliance, he works hard to bring different youth groups together. He focuses on teaching young people how to speak up, participate in their communities, and become the strong, kind leaders of the next generatio.
